Lands End to John O’Groats – One Mans Journey

  • WWTW | May 21, 2012

On the 12 May Liam Purbrick departed Land’s End with only his Army Bergen, a small tent and his inbuilt ‘man compass’.  He aims to arrive in John O’Groats around 10 July 12 after a walk of 1100 miles in support of Walking With The Wounded. We heard from Liam this weekend and he had just clocked his first 100 miles.  We wish him the best of luck and hope that the weather improves throughout his journey and look forward to hearing of his progress along the way. Will you journey bring you through Derbyshire? If so where and what dates. Would like to come along and buy you breakfast, lunch or dinner, or all 3 for that matter.
    Good luck
    Chris
