Walking With The Wounded Enjoys a Day at MINT Polo in the Park

Walking With The Wounded is proud to be the official charity of MINT Polo in the Park which, having won London Sport Attraction of the Year for two consecutive years in 2010 and 2011, is one of London’s premier sporting and social events.

Walking With The Wounded volunteers, including Everest 2012 Expedition team members, were on hand at Fulham’s Hurlingham Park during the three-day event (8th, 9th, 10th June) to raise awareness amongst the huge crowds and raise money for the charity. In addition, as a part of the Family Day activities a huge game of Dodgeball was organised by injured servicemen Jaco van Gass, Karl Hinett, David Wiseman, Andy Hawkins, Chris Gwilt, Martin Hewitt and Francis Atkinson.
