Inspirational Fundraisers: Sophie Lynch & Hannah Lyons

Sophie Lynch and Hannah Lyons are obviously two tough girls. To raise money for Walking With The Wounded, the pair took part in the Tough Guy Nettle Warrior Challenge: “the safest, most dangerous event in the world.”

Judging by the pictures below, it more than lives up to its name. In total, Sophie and Hannah raised £630.

Walking With The Wounded depends on people like Sophie and Hannah who take the initiative to organise their own fundraising activities. Every pound goes towards helping wounded servicemen and women, the more people raising money for the charity, the more people we can help.

Fergus Williams, Operations Director of Walking With The Wounded, commented “I would like to extend my thanks to Sophie and Hannah on behalf all those who will benefit from their fundraising activity. They were obviously put through some tough challenges but judging by the pictures it looked like it was a fun experience for everyone involved.”

If you think you’ve got what it takes to be a fundraising star, then please take a look at fundraising page.
