Allied South Pole 2013 Challenge: Jason Wilkes

Jason, one of the UK squad for the South Pole team, was diagnosed with PTSD in March  following a tour of Iraq with the Royal Engineers. For him the journey to recovery has been a long and difficult one. Today he is training ahead of the final selection in Iceland next March. For him, he hopes his extraordinary efforts will raise awareness that not all injuries are physical and show others who maybe suffering from mental trauma that there is a future.
