Cumbrian Challenge, Support the Walk, Fundraising tips, Cumbrian Challenge 2013

The Cumbrian Challenge is one of the most exciting fundraising events that Walking With The Wounded has organised for this spring with the support of Helly Hansen. It will take place on the 18th May in Glenridding in the Ullswater Valley, where teams of four will be faced with the option of two routes to cater for varying levels of physical fitness.

The event is now sold out, and all the teams will take part in a demanding 7-13 hour hike through the stunning Lake District countryside. Thanks to the great support of our fundraisers we will be able to raise funds for our re-education and training programs, as every team is required to raise a minimum of £1000, equating to £250 per team member.
