Kate Philp Updates the Voice Diary Ahead of the Virgin Money London Marathon

Kate Philp from Team Glenfiddich gives an update on her situation at one week from the marathon: training has been a little lighter than she would have liked because of the cold damage that she sustained to her leg on the South Pole trip.

Kate had to be careful not to cause any more skin damage to her leg, to avoid suffering on the build up to the marathon and on the day itself.

Listen to her voice blog above, and make sure you come and cheer the Walking With The Wounded team on Sunday at the Virgin Money London Marathon!

"It's going to bean incredible atmosphere at the Marathon. Having gone down to support a couple of friends previously, I know there is a wonderful support from the public and obviously from friends and families, so it will be amazing to actually be able to share in that as a participant!"
