Fundraiser Friday 01/04/2016

Without all of our amazing fundraisers we wouldn’t be able to support vulnerable veterans. To highlight your hard work we are sharing your events and expeditions each Friday to say thank you! Here are a couple of the wonderful fundraisers who have gone out of their way to raise money for our wounded.

Surrey Air Cadets take on the 100th Nijmegen 100 mile march

The Surrey Air Cadets will be participating in the 50 mile RAF 2 day event at RAF Cosford on 22nd April to qualify for the final Nijmegen march.

Following this the cadets will continue to add to the mileage and take on the 46 mile Pathfinder challenge from RAF Wyton, all in under 20 hours.

So far they have managed to raise a staggering £3,545.24

B&DCC TOTH’s Tour of the Highlands

Neil Fryer, John Pattison and Martin Young are taking part in Tour of the Highlands, which is a cycle sportive over 3 days, 5 ski centres  covering 300 miles, ascending 21000 ft on 28th – 30th May.  So far they have raised £230 of their £1,000 target.
