Fundraiser Friday 29.04.2016

Without all of our amazing fundraisers we wouldn’t be able to support vulnerable veterans. To highlight your hard work we are sharing your events and expeditions each Friday to say thank you! Here are a couple of the wonderful fundraisers who have gone out of their way to raise money for our wounded.

Neil Fryer, John Pattison & Martin Young

In less than 6 weeks time Neil, Martin and John are taking part in Tour of the Highlands, which is a cycle sportive over 3 days, 5 ski centres  covering 300 miles, ascending 21000 ft.  An amazing challenge.  Thank you so much for choosing Walking With The Wounded to raise money for our wounded veterans.

Rebecca Jordan

Rebecca Jordan took part in the Paris marathon on 3rd April.  It was a really hot day – 20 degrees, and her time was a very respectful 5hrs 10 mins.   She has raised £750 so far and we would like to thank her for a sterling effort.

Zac Wilson

Zac Wilson is saddling up and cycling 50 miles with his dad Charlie at Pedal Norfolk for Walking With The Wounded on May Bank Holiday weekend at Holkham Hall, near WWTW’s HQ in North Norfolk.

Want to join them? Anyone who raises £100 or more can claim a pick up a WWTW cycling vest from our stand at the festival. Find out how to register and set up your fundraising page here. Or support Zac’s efforts here:
