Fundraiser Friday 17.06.2016

Without all of our amazing fundraisers we wouldn’t be able to support vulnerable veterans. To highlight your hard work we are sharing your events and expeditions each Friday to say thank you! Here are a couple of the wonderful fundraisers who have gone out of their way to raise money for our wounded.

Veteran Boot Breakers Ben Nevis Challenge

Julie Rogers and her team of ex forces personnel, friends and family took the challenge of climbing Ben Nevis for Walking With The Wounded.  They completed the climb on Saturday 11th June and have raised £1,397.00.  Thank you all very much for your support.


Glass in The Garden – Warin Kelly exhibition at Kelly House

A display of original stained glass by Warin Kelly set in the natural light and surroundings of the garden at Kelly House. Homemade cakes and cream teas available all day. Every Thursdays to Sunday June. Entrance £4 which £2 will go to Walking with the Wounded – Thank you Sophia Kelly and family for your support.

Daniel Lewis

Dan has just completed the Welsh 3000 which takes in 15 peaks in just under 14 hours load bearing on a day with very testing temperatures and suffering from cramp in both knees. Daniel has raised over £515 from his Just Giving page and is donating all his Christmas tips from his window cleaning rounds. Thank you Daniel for your tremendous effort and support.
