Joint Ventures

Our joint ventures are a collaboration with reputable organisations to develop programmes that support our wounded.

Recovery Career Service

We are very proud to be involved in the RCS, a collaboration between the Ministry of Defense, the Career Transition Partnership, as well as Walking With The Wounded, Help for Heroes, The Soldiers’ Charity, The Royal British Legion and the Regular Forces Employment Agency. The RCS provides a comprehensive pathway from the military into the civilian job market for our Wounded, Injured and Sick wounded service personnel.

Back To Work

Walking With The Wounded supply a Special Employment Consultant to work within Walking With The Wounded’s Back to Work Programme powered by The Poppy Factory. This programme delivers support, to the most disadvantaged Wounded, Injured and Sick, leading to employment for our wounded ex-servicemen and women, providing career development advice and vocational assessments, the sourcing of appropriate employers, and suitable roles within the correct culture of employment.

Lifeworks by Royal British Legion Industries

Walking With The Wounded refer and fund our Wounded, Injured and Sick servicemen and women through the RBLI’s LifeWorks programme. This is designed to act as an easily accessible service that identifies what specific issues are facing the Wounded, draws together and co-ordinates any specialist help they may need and supports them on their pathway to employment.
