Simon Daglish
Co-Founder and Trustee
Simon was at RMAS Sandhurst in 1985 with Ed Parker before embarking upon a career in the media. Today he is the Commercial Director of ITV. In 2005 Simon manhauled unsupported to the South Pole recreating Scott’s fateful journey, using and wearing replica equipment. Simon was part of the Walking with the Wounded North Pole expedition in 2011.
Edward Parker
Co-Founder and Trustee
Having served in the Royal Green Jackets in the 1980’s and 1990’s, seeing active service in Northern Ireland, Ed left the Army and spent some time in the financial world. Today he runs his own wine business based in Norfolk. Ed was part of the Walking with the Wounded North Pole expedition in 2011.
Lt Gen Sir Graeme Lamb KBE CMG DSO
Trustee
Graeme served in the Army from 1973 to 2009, serving in many different operational theatres from Northern Ireland to Iraq and Afghanistan. His last role was as Commander, Field Army. Graeme has recently been acting as an advisor to the US commander in Afghanistan.
Harry Parker
Trustee
Harry was wounded in Afghanistan in 2009 while serving with the Rifles, losing both legs. Following a period of rehabilitation he attended University College London to complete a Masters Degree.

Dick Turpin
Trustee
Dick served with the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers during the 1970’s before leaving the Army to pursue a career in the financial sector. Today he is the managing director of Artemis Investment Management, who were the lead sponsor of the 2011 North Pole expedition.
Fiona Disney
Trustee
Fiona’s son Guy was wounded in Afghanistan in 2009, giving her a unique insight into the stresses a family undergoes when one of their own is injured.
Harriet Parker
Trustee
Harriet has been married to Ed since 1992 and was heavily involved in the establishment of the Charity. Today Harriet is responsible for low level fund raising activities.
Fergus Williams
Chief Operating Officer
Fergus served with the Welsh Guards in the 1990’s seeing active service in Northern Ireland. He was also equerry to HRH The Prince of Wales. Having left the Army he worked in the recruitment and project management sectors, and ran his own business. Fergus joined the Walking With The Wounded team in June 2011.
