Paul Harris - 44 Munros

Paul Harris is tackling 44 Munros this summer in aid of WWTW.

After suffering from a severe episode this winter of PTSD from operational service with the British Army Paul wanted to do something constructive with his time which for him is finishing off his Munro’s in Scotland which is a project he started a long time ago.

A Munro is a mountain in that measures over 3,000ft.  There are 282 Munros in Scotland.

He will be starting in Braemar at 0800 Sunday 26th July and going all the way through to the central highlands, onto Glencoe, then the Great Glen and finishing in the North West near Ullapool. His dog, Munro, a fox red Labrador will be joining him. Paul is also representing The Jacobite Mountaineering Club from Edinburgh.

We wish Paul the best of luck and if you would like to support him you can find out more here

As a nation, we need to support our soldiers when they return to normal life. Walking with the wounded supports these veterans back into work.
