The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact on our daily lives and WWTW continues to work to become part of the solution and support those who served. As part of this and to mark World Mental Health Day, we're giving you the chance to ask our mental health experts questions about coping with mental health.
On October 9th, between 4-5pm, WWTW Mental Health Therapist, Emma McDonald, will be live on our Twitter page ready to answer your questions.
Emma is a WWTW Headstart CBT & EMDR therapist. She has worked with veterans for 4 years and values helping veterans on their road to recovery. She is accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Moreover, she has over 10 years’ experience supporting people in making positive changes in their lives.
