Homeless individuals face hunger, a lack of security and nowhere to call home – things that many individuals cannot even comprehend ever experiencing. WWTW is supporting CEO Sleepout events across the country, raising vital funds to support those who have served and have fallen on hard times.

WWTW supports those who have served. We have teamed up with CEO Sleepout to try and combat homelessness amongst individuals and veterans in the UK. CEO Sleepout has donated £20,000 to WWTW as a result of previous successful UK sleepouts, in order to support homeless veterans with accommodation, mental health and addiction recovery support.

CEO Sleepout is a charity that aims to reduce homelessness by raising money from successful business and community leaders who spare a night to sleep outdoors. Donations and sponsors for the event mean that CEO Sleepout can continue to tackle poverty and homelessness in many of the UK’s major cities. Additionally, the money raised at the event is divided between five charities, with WWTW being one of them. CEO Sleepout’s donations will go towards supporting WWTW’s mental health, employment and care coordination programmes.

This October, Manchester’s most compassionate business leaders will come together, giving up their beds for one night to sleep out, raising funds for people who have been pulled into homelessness. Everyone who takes part is kindly asked to raise or donate £1,000 to the cause. CEO Sleepout’s most recent event that took place in 2019, raised £47,000 for local charities helping reduce homelessness, showing the importance of sign-ups!
