Armed Forces Day dinner at Balmoral Castle

Support, network with and hear from our Scottish beneficiaries and operations team in a spectacular setting

Join us for an evening celebrating and supporting those who served and hearing powerful stories from the front line in Iraq to the front line in Scotland helping veterans to reignite their sense of purpose and make a positive contribution once more.

The three-course dinner, at 7:30pm on Thursday 23 June in the Pipers Hall at Balmoral, will include a talk from a Walking With The Wounded beneficiary as well as Aileen Grant, ex Royal Signals officer who served in Germany, Iraq, Peru and the UK, co-founder of the Sandhurst Sisterhood and now Walking With The Wounded’s operations manager for Scotland.

Aileen was Armed Troop Commander of 7 Brigade HQ during Op TELIC 1 and also has the holistic experience of being an Army child and an Army wife.

Tickets are £60 a head or £550 for a table of 10 and dress code is smart. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.

BOOK YOUR TICKETS HERE via the Balmoral Castle website shop.

All profits to Walking With The Wounded a registered charity in Scotland (no. SC047760) and England & Wales (no. 1153497).

Walking With The Wounded was awarded the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service last year. It delivers employment, mental health, care coordination and volunteering programmes in collaboration with the NHS to get those who served, and their families, whether mentally, socially or physically wounded, back on their feet and making a positive contribution once more. Why? Because those who served, deserve.
