
WWTW’s Longest Day
Thank you to everyone who took part in our Longest Day Challenge in collaboration with Brian Wood and pushed themselves further than they have gone before.
We were overwhelmed by the length some of our supporters
went to in their challenges. Whether it was climbing peaks in the UK to
mountains in France, swimming for 5km, taking on a non-stop virtual 20.5-mile
cycle ride, 24 hero workouts in 24 hours or walking 20 – 40 miles.
The event has raised just under £7,500 so far which will support 87 1-2-1
mental health therapy sessions or support 7 veterans fully through our mental
health programme.
Through taking part in the Longest Day Challenge, our
supporters have made a vital difference to the lives of those who served and
their family members.
Thank you for climbing your own physical and fundraising
mountains. It enables all those we support to conquer theirs.
