The Army Benevolent Fund have generously awarded WWTW a grant of £80,000 as a contribution towards our core services for veterans.
Kate Childs, Director of Fundraising & Communications said: “We are delighted by this grant which will contribute towards our core services offering holistic and integrated support for Army veterans and their families. Based in communities that demonstrate high levels of need and low levels of wellbeing our Care Coordination, Employment and Mental Health services provide targeted and intensive support.
“We aim to help veterans to move forwards with their lives and our specialised caseworkers deliver face-to-face support tailored to each person's unique needs, backgrounds and challenges. This grant enables us to continue providing this highly tailored assistance and ensure that we can reach out to more members of the veteran community and we would like to express our gratitude to the Army Benevolent Fund.”
The Army Benevolent Fund is the national charity of the Army and supports soldiers, former soldiers and their families for life.
