The grant has kindly been awarded by the RAF Benevolent Fund

We are delighted to announce a grant of £10,000 has been given by the RAF Benevolent Fund in recognition of our ongoing commitment to supporting RAF veterans and their families.

The grant supports the full scope of our services – from help with employment to mental health initiatives and welfare advocacy - and highlights the collaborative nature of our work with the RAF Benevolent Fund.

“I had been inspired by the care that I had received and I realised that I wanted to become a Counsellor and help others as I had been helped.”

This funding strengthens the support network available to RAF veterans and a referral pathway has been established to the RAF Benevolent Fund for individuals needing access to specialist support.

On receiving the grant, Kate Childs, Director of Fundraising & Communications said: “We’re proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with organisations that share our mission and collaborative work is one of our key strengths. This generous grant from the RAF Benevolent Fund will enable us to continue building on our commitment to help RAF veterans make the transition into civilian life as smooth as possible.”
