We have published our 2025 Annual Report, offering a detailed look at how we supported veterans and their families over the past year, the progress made across our services, and the people and partners who helped make this work possible.
Building on our 2025 Impact Report, the Annual Report sets out our mission, objectives and activity across our three core services: mental health, employment, and wraparound care coordination. It also provides key information about the veterans we support, how our services are delivered, and how our income is used responsibly to achieve the most impact.
In 2025, demand for our services continued to grow, and we were proud to support a record number of veterans. This achievement reflects the dedication of our team, the commitment of our partners, and the generosity of Trusts and Foundations, NHS organisations, corporate partners, individual donors and fundraisers who continue to stand alongside us.
The report highlights the breadth of our work, from helping veterans access specialist mental health support to preparing for meaningful employment and receiving practical, coordinated care when they need it most. It also demonstrates the importance of collaboration in ensuring that those who have served can access the right support at the right time.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to our work in 2025. Your support enables us to continue developing our services, reaching more veterans, and making a lasting difference to the lives of those who served.
