Walking With The Wounded selected as Northern Ireland Veterans Awards chosen Charity

We are delighted to share that Walking With The Wounded has been selected as the chosen charity for the Northern Ireland Veterans Awards for the next two years.

Taking place in Belfast on 16^th October 2025, the awards are an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the achievements of military veterans across Northern Ireland, as well as highlighting organisations who work hard to provide support to veterans within their local area.

Speaking on the announcement, Louise McCreadie, Care Coordinator at Walking With The Wounded said: “We are absolutely delighted to be chosen as the official charity partner for the Northern Irish Veterans Awards for the next two years. These awards play a vital role in recognising the positive impact veterans continue to make, and we’re proud to stand alongside them as they transition into civilian life. Together, we can raise awareness and vital funds to continue supporting those who need us most.”
