Get ready to rise to the challenge and soar 15,000ft through the air in a tandem skydive. For the adrenaline junkies, thrill seekers or those wanting to conquer a fear, this is certainly one to tick off the bucket list all while raising funds to support those who served.

Join team Walking With The Wounded at Skydive Northwest in Cumbria and reach new heights while raising money for a fantastic cause! Your tandem jump with their experienced team will leave the adrenaline pumping and your heart bursting with pride when your feet safely hit the ground. 

Based at a BPA affiliated parachuting centre you couldn’t be in safer hands and the team will be on hand all day to support you. From a dedicated member of the events team to support you on your fundraising journey to fundraising packs and a cheer squad on the day, the team will be with you every step of the way.

Important Information

Skydive Northwest operate with a strict maximum weight limit of 15 stone/ 95kg and you will be required to fill in a medical declaration form on booking your skydive.

      • Walking With The Wounded provides personalised support to ex-service personnel who are struggling since leaving military service.

        As a veteran’s charity, we can help with employment, mental health, and support care coordination. We empower those who’ve served and their families to find purpose, rebuild their lives and contribute to their communities.

        We can only continue to support veterans through these services due to generous donations and people like you fundraising.

      • You can set up your fundraising page on JustGiving here by clicking the ‘Fundraise for us’ button. You will also receive the link from one of the team as part of your registration process.

      • You can head to our fundraising page where you can find downloadable sponsorship forms, posters, social media and email fundraising kits and much more.

      • Yes. Once you have registered you will receive a t-shirt, running vest or swimming cap (depending on the event) in the post.

      • Once you have bought your Walking With The Wounded place, we will send you an invite for the events organisers portal.
